Mumbai to Shirdi

There are lovely windmills on the way from Mumbai to shirdi. I went on 9th april, barely 4 days after my thumb injury (without informing my doc). I didn’t take my camera thinking I will rest on the way and obviously not click snaps. And anyway have traveled on this route too many a times But Life seldom goes as per our plans na… I ended up finding things worth telling you about.

The windmills look so white and clean. They feel like toys.

I have never seen a wedding in my life where the groom sits on a bullock cart, there is always a first time for everything. Even the bullocks were decorated. Super interesting.

While drinking sugar cane juice on the way, the ladies ion the trip decided to buy some fresh veggies. My aunt actually went in the field to call them. We bought some amazing cabbages. Fresh, pure and delicious.

On way back, there is this amazing Orange city I came across. I have always had an dilemma, whether to ask Him for a stand alone house or a huge apartment in a building with a terrace. Each has its own limitations. But this Orange City seems to have taken care of both, How cool. Now to find something like this in Mumbai. :P

My driver showed me these mountains, He told me to pay attention to the shape. Indeed, worth clicking.

There were other interesting things on the road as well. The fresh leaves on trees was a lovely sight for the sore heat. Full lovely green trees.S

Also, there was this amazing house on a mountain, I couldn't click it well. Imagine a small hill. Now imagine a huge house on it. Imagine the way to be paved with bougan trees (don't know the exact name but it has pink, purple white and cream flowers) there was a temple in adjoining mountain. It was a very idealistic situation. Hazaaron Khwaishi aisi, ki har Khwaaish par dam nikale.
